My sofa arrived after 3wks, I got an email a few days before and a msg on the day. The tracking app was excellent. The sofa is solidly made and the chenille fabric of excellent quality. The delivery team were friendly, polite and handled the parts carefully when putting the sofa together. I had a follow up email a few hours after delivery to ask if everything went ok, so very impressed with customer service.
